We have high expectations of everyone at St Andrew's. Students are set challenging targets
each day, which help them to thrive as individuals. Courtesy and respect are cornerstones of
our work and this results in our students behaviour being exemplary.
Staff are constantly seeking to develop their own skills and we support them to undertake
further qualifications and training. Our staff team is very experienced and equipped with the
skills to support a wide range of student abilities.

Every individual involved with our school cares deeply about the students we work with.
Governors, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, support staff, partner professionals, parents and
friends of the school all support each other to ensure the students receive the highest level
of care possible.
